Non-Destructive Entry

At Carneys Auto Locksmiths Ltd, we have over 7 years of experience as an auto locksmith. Essentially, it means we can effectively and efficiently use non-destructive methods to unlock your car door. Inexperienced auto locksmiths, usually under national brands, will attempt a non-destructive method without success. They'll resort to drilling out your lock. This forces you to pay for a call-out charge, an unsuccessful lock pick, a brand-new lock, and damage to your door. Save yourself a headache and an empty wallet with Carneys Auto Locksmiths Ltd. We're honest, trusted and experienced.

How We Unlock Car Doors Without the Key

Lock Picking

Lock picking is one of the most common non-destructive techniques that we use. This method manipulates the lock's internal components (pins, wafers, or discs) to simulate the key's action. As a professional auto locksmith., we use specialised tools, such as tension wrenches and picks, to align these components in a way that allows the lock cylinder to turn without the original key. This technique requires skill and an understanding of the lock mechanism to avoid damaging the lock

Lock Bypassing

Lock bypassing involves using tools or methods to bypass the locking mechanism altogether. This can be done through various means, depending on the type of lock and its vulnerabilities. For example, we might use a bypass tool that exploits a design flaw or oversight in the lock's construction, allowing us to unlock the door without directly interacting with the lock cylinder. Bypass methods are particular to the lock's design and require up-to-date knowledge of different vehicle security systems, which we're continuously learning to provide an efficient service.

Lock Picks and Decoders

For vehicles equipped with electronic or transponder keys, we may use specialised tools designed to interact with the car's electronic locking system. These tools can pick the lock or decode the lock's mechanism to create a key that can open the lock without the original key without any damage to the lock We help drivers across East Sussex get back into their vehicles. Arrival times depend on your location and our availability. Wondering whether we offer car key replacement across East Sussex too? We most certainly do.

Absolutely brilliant service. I accidentally locked my keys in the boot with my puppy, so it was a really stressful situation. He arrived within 20 minutes, which was much faster than I expected, and got the car open quickly without causing any damage.
The locksmith was calm, professional, and clearly experienced, which made a huge difference in such a stressful moment.

Most importantly, my puppy was safe and okay thanks to how quickly they responded. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and fast auto locksmith.

Absolutely amazing service from Robbie and competitively priced. Both my car keys were damaged and had an urgent appointment to go to on same day so I contacted Carneys Auto Locksmiths. I found them by chance when doing a google search for a local emergency locksmith. As they have great reviews i decided to contact them and i am so pleased I did. Robbie came over at short notice and repaired both car keys enabling me to get to the appointment on time. I would advise anyone to contact Carneys Auto Locksmiths if you have an urgent issue or regular issue which is under their expertise. I just want to add Robbie is a lovely gentleman as well and felt very at ease when I met him. Thanks again from Michael
